Details of the Job/Internship

Frido is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Pune.

• Workdays: Monday – Saturday.
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Role and Responsibilities

• Effective drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements.
• Research on laws applicable to Frodo’s business.
• Timely communication with the teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Reviewing trademark and design applications to be filed for Frodo’s IP.
• Attempt to be up-to-date with laws applicable to Frido.

Eligibility

• Lawyer (LL.B Graduate);
• Expertise in corporate/business laws applicable to Frido;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
• Ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision; and
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
