Details of the Job/Internship
Frido is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join its office in Pune. The role involves managing legal compliance, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and reviewing intellectual property-related documents. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Conduct legal research on laws applicable to Frido’s business.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Review trademark and design applications for Frido’s intellectual property.
- Stay updated on laws relevant to Frido’s operations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate.
- Expertise in corporate and business laws applicable to Frido.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Candidates with prior experience or internships at startups or reputed law firms will be preferred.
