Frozen Bottle is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru..

Role and Responsibilities

• Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies for timely acquisition and renewal of licenses and registrations.
  • Manage end-to-end compliance for:
  • FSSAI licenses
  • Trade Licenses
• Shops and Establishments Act registrations.
• Rental Agreements and Leave & License Agreements.
• Maintain and update license trackers and compliance databases.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams for documentation, approvals, and renewals.
• Prepare and manage compliance MIS reports and ensure audit readiness.
• Assist with any additional legal and compliance responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role within the F&B or retail industry.
• Familiarity with FSSAI and other retail licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently..
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Fluency in Kannada is a strong advantage.
• Experience with digital licensing portals and government e-compliance platforms.

Salary/Stipend
