Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
• Drafting contracts, legal documents, and opinions.
• Assisting in transactional and advisory matters.
• Supporting client meetings and court hearings.
• Maintaining legal records and documentation.
• Collaborating with the legal team for effective service delivery.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, contract, and property laws.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and drafting.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Commitment to ethical practices and professional integrity.
• Prior experience in a legal firm is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English languages.
