Details of the Job/Internship

Gautam Law Chamber is hiring a Legal Associate to join its office in Nokha Mandi. The role offers exposure to complex disputes, cross-border matters, and high-value transactions across litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, and capital markets.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal submissions.
• Assist in litigation strategy and trial preparation.
• Support matters related to international arbitration and dispute resolution.
• Work on corporate transactions, contracts, and investment documentation.
• Assist in IPO advisory and regulatory compliance (SEBI, ROC, etc.).
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare case briefs, evidence files, and documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course).
• Enrollment with Bar Council preferred.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Sound understanding of court procedures and legal frameworks.
• Interest in litigation, arbitration, or corporate law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
