Details of the Job/Internship
Gautam Law Chamber is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Nokha Mandi, Rajasthan.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and detailed case law analysis.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and formal legal submissions.
- Assist in developing litigation strategies and preparing for trials.
- Support international arbitration proceedings and cross-border dispute resolution.
- Work on corporate transactions, including drafting contracts and investment documentation.
- Assist in IPO advisory tasks and ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI and ROC.
- Coordinate directly with clients, court officials, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare detailed case briefs, evidence files, and required legal documentation.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year course).
- Preferred enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Sound understanding of court procedures and substantive legal frameworks.
- Demonstrated interest in litigation, arbitration, or corporate law.
- Excellent professional communication and client interaction abilities.
