Gavel Speaks Inc is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in California.
- Part-time role with potential for full-time based on performance.
- Collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Additional substantial bonus based on performance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse contracts with precision.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
- Draft pro se claims for U.S. clients, ensuring compliance with U.S. legal standards.
- Proficient in legal formatting and communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effective and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of legal experience, with at least 2 years working with U.S. clients.
- Degree in Law from an accredited institution; U.S. law certifications are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
