Details of the Job/Internship

GeekyAnts India Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and administering company contracts and legal documents.
• Coordinating with internal departments to fulfil legal requirements.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks through research and analysis.
• Liaising with external advisers and consultants.
• Assisting in developing legal frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Supporting legal formalities related to proceedings, if any.
• Handling ad hoc legal requirements including visa and insurance documentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B – 3-year or 5-year course).
• 0–2 years of relevant internship or work experience.
• Knowledge of corporate laws, labour laws, and legal drafting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Stipend
