Details of the Job/Internship
Get It Rent is hiring a Legal Associate with 1+ years of experience to support its legal and compliance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain contract repositories and track key terms, obligations, and renewals.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and compliance frameworks.
- Support internal and external audits and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, replies, affidavits, and case documentation.
- Track litigation matters and support dispute resolution processes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and recommendations.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in legal roles.
- Strong experience in contract drafting and management.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to support litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
