Details of the Job/Internship

GGGupta & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 6 months to 1 year to join their office in South Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Manage client communications.
• Assist in case preparation.
• Handle cases related to GST and Trademark Prosecution.
• Provide general legal support to the firm's attorneys.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge and experience in GST and Trademark Law.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
