Details of the Job/Internship

GGGupta & Associates is hiring an Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join their office in South Delhi. The role involves handling matters related to GST and Trademark Prosecution while assisting the legal team in case preparation and client management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Manage client communication and assist in case preparation.
• Handle cases related to GST and Trademark Prosecution.
• Provide general legal support to attorneys and ensure timely case progress.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of GST and Trademark Law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary/Stipend
