Global Legal Counsels is hiring a Legal Associate for its Patna office. The role involves assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing analytical and advisory support across a variety of legal domains.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents under supervision.
• Support in client advisory and communication processes.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline legal database research.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely case progress.
• Assist in compliance and dispute resolution matters when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and legal databases preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Experience in compliance or dispute resolution is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
