Details of the Job/Internship

GNH India Pharmaceuticals Limited is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves assisting with the drafting of legal documents, drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements, and conducting legal research on regulatory frameworks including FDA guidelines, cosmetic labelling norms, and advertising laws for the BPC industry. The role also supports compliance efforts related to intellectual property, trademarks, and e-commerce regulations, provides administrative support to the legal team, and assists with compliance-related tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting with the drafting of legal documents, such as memos, briefs, contracts, and letters.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Conducting legal research on regulatory frameworks including FDA guidelines, cosmetic labelling norms, and advertising laws for the BPC industry.
• Supporting compliance efforts related to intellectual property, trademarks, and e-commerce regulations.
• Providing administrative support to the legal team.
• Assisting with compliance-related tasks and reviewing policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 1–4 years of legal experience in a corporate environment or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary/Stipend
