Details of the Job/Internship

Greko India is hiring a Legal Associate with relevant experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and draft contracts.
• Review agreements and provide legal advice.
• Conduct research on legal issues and regulations.
• Analyze complex legal information for accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients and business partners to address legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and experience in handling legal issues.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and contract drafting.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail.
• Experience in real estate, contract law, or international business law is a plus.
