Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting contracts, JV agreements, turnkey agreements, and NDAs.
- Preparing letters, notices, and stakeholder communications.
- Staying updated on sectoral regulations and developments.
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting legal opinions and advisories.

Eligibility
Candidate should have expertise in commercial contracting, EPC, M&A, JV, and litigation.
