Details of the Job/Internship

GST Advocates LLP is hiring a Legal Associate/CA for its Safdarjung, Delhi office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting, review, and client advisory work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case issues.
• Assist senior associates in case preparation and negotiations.
• Participate in court representations and client meetings.
• Advise clients on taxation, corporate, and dispute-related legal matters.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Eligibility

• CA, LLB, or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and taxation regulations.
• Experience in litigation, taxation, or corporate legal matters is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.

Salary/Stipend
