Details of the Job/Internship

HA&Co. is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Kochi, Kerala.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, petitions, notices, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis in various areas including constitutional, criminal, civil, corporate, and technology laws.
• Assist in court matters, client meetings, and departmental coordination.
• Provide legal opinions and strategic support.
• Support compliance documentation and due diligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and assist the in-house CA and CS on legal aspects of financial and corporate structuring.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
• 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice or consultancy.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Indian laws; exposure to international frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
