Details of the Job/Internship

HKJ & Associates is hiring for the position of legal associate with 0-1 year of experience to join them in their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Property Due Diligence & Title Search – Conducting title investigations and property evaluations across India.
• Drafting & Conveyancing – Preparing legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, and more.
• Legal Compliance & Registration – Assisting with statutory approvals, project sanctions, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with 0-1 year of experience, based in NCR.
• Strong knowledge of Property Law, basic drafting skills, and due diligence.
• Interest in real estate and property law, with prior experience in corporate legal teams (law firms or in-house preferred).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
