Details of the Job/Internship

HO & WEE LLP is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Singapore.

Eligibility

• Singapore qualified.
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters.
• Research and advice on relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Highly motivated and driven, resourceful, and meticulous individual.
• A strong sense of responsibility, with a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• An excellent command of written and spoken English and, preferably, Mandarin (to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• IT savvy and comfortable using MS Office applications and willing to learn new software when required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Salary/Stipend
