Details of the Job/Internship

Hubhopper is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Greater Kailash-II, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including Commercial Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, SLAs, MoUs, IT Outsourcing Contracts, Lease & License Agreements, Supply Chain, and Enterprise License Agreements.
• Draft and negotiate entertainment and media contracts.
• Provide advisory on Intellectual Property Rights (trademark and copyright) and respond to related queries.
• Conduct legal research and assist with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years PQE in corporate/commercial law.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and tech contracts.
• Exposure to intellectual property and media/entertainment law (preferred).
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
