Details of the Job/Internship

iFuel Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to work at offices in Gurugram and Dehradun.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
• Manage legal complaints, statutory compliance, and company legal matters.
• Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice to management.
• Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation.
• Update and maintain legal records and files.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Proficient in contract, corporate, and compliance law.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Capable of independent assignment management
