Details of the Job/Internship

IIFL Finance is hiring a legal associate to join them in their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on topics such as corporate law, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Support the team in managing legal risks and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Organize and maintain legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with internal departments to address legal queries and provide necessary support.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other legal correspondence for management.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• Recent graduate with limited professional experience in a legal role.
• Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary/Stipend
