Details of the Job/Internship
Incosec Legal is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting and reviewing documents and contracts, corporate compliance support, due diligence, transaction assistance, and development of legal strategies while advising clients on diverse legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on relevant issues.
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Assist in corporate compliance processes.
- Provide legal advice and support in transactions.
- Conduct due diligence exercises.
- Support clients with tailored legal solutions and strategy development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised institute.
- Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and contract review.
- Proficiency in corporate compliance processes and transaction advisory services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a corporate or boutique law firm, is preferred.
