Details of the Job/Internship

India Juris is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 1-2 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Area of Expertise - Investment transactions/Securities

Eligibility

• LLM Corporate Law (fresher/experienced)/LLB(experienced)/Legal associate.
• Having experience in corporate law, Litigation, investment transactions, Private equity, Foreign investment, Venture capital.
• Should have minimum 1 year post qualification experience.
• For Bengaluru location candidate should be well versed in Kannada also.
• Local candidates would be preferred.
