Details of the Job/Internship

Indiacorp Law is hiring a full-time, on-site Legal Associate based in Noida. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, analysing cases, and addressing complex legal matters. The Legal Associate will work closely with colleagues to manage client legal issues, provide strategic advice, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Handle complex legal matters and provide legal analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to address client legal issues.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of legal principles and Corporate Laws, with proficiency in legal document preparation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex legal matters.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and articulate legal correspondence.
• Practical experience in handling legal issues and providing legal analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced degrees or certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience in Corporate, Insolvency, and Advocacy matters is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
