Details of the Job/Internship

INDIALAW LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join its Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, and affidavits before NCLT.
• Support IBC-related matters including CIRP, liquidation, avoidance applications, and claims verification.
• Conduct legal research on IBC, Companies Act, and relevant case laws.
• Assist seniors in case preparation, documentation, and hearings.
• Liaise with clients, Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain case records, filings, and compliance timelines.
• Coordinate with NCLT registry and other authorities for procedural requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• 0–1 year of experience or strong internship exposure in NCLT/IBC matters.
• Basic understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Companies Act, 2013.
• Familiarity with NCLT procedures and e-filing processes is an advantage.
