Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaLaw LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 4–7 years to join their Hyderabad office for NCLT and corporate litigation matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, and legal notices.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Coordinate with Insolvency Professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support senior counsel in litigation strategy and execution.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in NCLT and corporate litigation preferred.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IBC procedures and Telangana/AP land laws is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
