Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaLaw LLP is hiring an Associate for IBC and Banking Litigation matters with 4–7 years of experience to join its Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling matters before the National Company Law Tribunal.
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, petitions, and legal notices.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
• Coordinating with Insolvency Professionals, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Supporting senior counsel in litigation strategy and execution.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• Post-qualification experience of 4 to 7 years in NCLT and corporate litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IBC procedures and Telangana or Andhra Pradesh land laws is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
