Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaLaw LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2-3 years in IBC and Real Estate law to join their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling IBC matters, including corporate insolvency resolution and liquidation cases.
• Advising on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and property laws.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Representing clients in legal proceedings and liaising with regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in IBC and Real Estate law.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
