Details of the Job/Internship
Inductus Group is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 6 months to 2 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in court proceedings, including attending hearings and filing matters.
- Coordinate with senior counsel on ongoing cases.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as agreements, petitions, affidavits, and notices.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on laws and precedents.
- Liaise with external lawyers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in dispute resolution, litigation strategy, and case management.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of legal matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience with court exposure.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal drafting.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Exposure to civil, commercial, or corporate litigation is preferred.
- Familiarity with contract drafting is preferred.
