Infinity Juris LLP is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Indore. The role involves preparing Title Search Reports (TSRs) for real estate properties, conducting due diligence, analyzing property records, and drafting comprehensive reports to ensure clear and unencumbered titles.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed searches of property records at Sub-Registrar, Tehsildar, and other revenue offices.
- Scrutinize and analyze property documents, including sale deeds, agreements to sell, mortgage deeds, and gift deeds.
- Identify encumbrances, liens, charges, legal disputes, or discrepancies in property titles.
- Verify land records, mutation entries, and survey documents to confirm legal ownership and status.
- Draft precise and accurate Title Search Reports summarizing findings.
- Coordinate with clients and senior associates to provide clear legal opinions on property titles.
Eligibility
- Final-year LL.B. student or recent law graduate.
- 0–1 year of experience in property law, real estate documentation, or title verification.
- Strong understanding of property laws, including the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, the Indian Registration Act, 1908, and relevant MPLRC.
- Excellent analytical, research, and legal drafting skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
