Details of the Job/Internship

Initium Law is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 0-1 years to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Should be able to independently draft and finish assignments within the stipulated deadline.
• Preferable if the candidate has some exposure in appearing before courts. 

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• PQE: 0-1 years of experience.
• Mandatory that the candidate has strong drafting skills. Prior experience in drafting writ petitions, written arguments, objections, rejoinders, etc. are preferred.
• Preferable if the candidate has demonstrable experience or exposure in Insolvency & Bankruptcy law, Company law, and some experience dealing with commercial disputes.
• Any experience in contract drafting and vetting is preferred.
• Should have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
