Details of the Job/Internship

Initium Law is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently draft and complete assignments within deadlines.
• (Preferred) Appear before courts and assist in litigation matters.
• Support in research, advisory, and client deliverables.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a recognized university.
• 0–2 years PQE.
• Strong drafting skills—experience in drafting writ petitions, written arguments, objections, rejoinders, etc., is preferred.
• Exposure to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law, Company Law, and commercial disputes is desirable.
• Experience in contract drafting and vetting is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
