InteLaw Consulting - Aware . Beware . Prepare is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, Disclaimers, User Agreements.
• Handle IP matters: trademarks, copyrights, usage rights, and licenses.
• Conduct regulatory mapping and compliance audits (IT Act, DPDP, IPR, gaming laws).
• Coordinate with external counsel and jurisdiction-specific legal experts.
• Vet contracts: talent, influencer, vendor, and digital partnership agreements.

Eligibility

• Lawyers experienced in dynamic, product-led, or regulated tech environments.
• Professionals skilled at operating under strict confidentiality.
• Legal writers capable of translating dense clauses into clear, user-friendly language.
• Team players eager to work closely with founders, external legal teams, and tech leads.
• Experience: 2–5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) preferred.
