Details of the Job/Internship
Iota Analytics is hiring Legal Associates for its Cyber Incident Response team on a 3-month contractual basis in Sector 67, Mohali. The role involves supporting breach investigation teams by reviewing legal documents, identifying sensitive information, and assisting in compliance-related documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review large volumes of confidential documents related to data breaches and cybersecurity incidents.
- Identify, extract, and categorize Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Assist in drafting and maintaining accurate incident documentation, data inventories, and legal reports.
- Collaborate with cyber incident response and data review teams.
- Follow legal protocols and project-specific guidelines to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks consistently across projects.
Eligibility
- LLB or higher (candidates with a background in data privacy or cybersecurity law preferred).
- 3 months – 2 years of experience in legal document review, breach investigation, or incident response.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Willingness to work extended hours, night shifts, and weekends if required.
