Details of the Job/Internship

IPgyan is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Provide legal advice and assist in client representation in courts.
• Manage client interactions and ensure timely updates and communication.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain case documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop legal strategies and solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Must be AIBE qualified and registered with a State Bar Council.
• Proven experience in legal practice, litigation, or consulting.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
