Details of the Job/Internship

IRIS Legal is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and liaise directly with clients and external stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and vet a variety of legal documents, including contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and advisory opinions.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice on issues related to Fintech, data privacy, digital platforms, and emerging tech.
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of regulatory developments impacting the TMT and Fintech landscape.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactions and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B or equivalent degree from a recognized law school.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (experience in TMT and/or Fintech law preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal research skills.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time from our Hyderabad office.
