Details of the Job/Internship

Jaitley & Bakhshi LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves drafting petitions, applications, replies, legal notices, and agreements, appearing before courts and tribunals, and briefing Senior Advocates and other Advocates. The position requires strong expertise in corporate litigation, disputes, arbitration, and corporate transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, applications, replies, legal notices, and agreements.
• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Brief Senior Advocates and other Advocates.
• Handle matters relating to corporate litigation, disputes, arbitration, and corporate transactions.

Eligibility

• LLB from a Tier 1 college or institute.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Sound knowledge of corporate litigation and disputes, arbitration, and corporate transactions.
• Prior experience working in reputed law firms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to interact with staff from multiple departments.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Salary/Stipend
