Details of the Job/Internship

JJ Fintax Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 1-2 years to join their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, Vetting and Negotiating Commercial Contracts and Agreements with contract management.
• Analyze and interpret local laws and regulations in connection with contract requests to ensure compliance.
• Conduct legal research on various Indian / International laws and prepare summaries. 
• Consult the relevant government websites for any legal/statutory developments. 
• Research legal databases for relevant case laws and their ratios. 
• Review documents/reports received from third parties/sub-contractors. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Eligibility

Experience: 1-2 Years.
