Details of the Job/Internship
JSM Law Partners is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role at its Bengaluru office. The position involves managing case files, drafting legal documents, conducting detailed legal research, providing client advisory services, attending court hearings, representing clients, collaborating with the legal team on case strategy, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain case files.
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
- Provide legal advisory services to clients.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop legal strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Proficiency in legal drafting, contract review, and legal writing.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience in court procedures, litigation, and legal advocacy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic legal matters.
- Familiarity with legal technologies and tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate, commercial, or litigation law is preferred.
