Details of the Job/Internship

Juricloud is hiring a Senior Lawyer for a full-time remote role. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, handling complex legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role includes representing clients, negotiating settlements, and managing junior legal staff, while contributing to the continuous improvement of the Juricloud platform.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and handle complex legal issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients and negotiate settlements.
• Manage and mentor junior legal staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to improving the Juricloud platform.

Eligibility

• Extensive experience in legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Experience in litigation and client representation.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior legal staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of legal technology and its applications.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Salary/Stipend
