Details of the Job/Internship

Juris Legal Practitioners is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Prepare legal strategies and case briefs.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with the legal team on case matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and tribunals.
• Provide advisory services on relevant legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification with relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of law and expertise in handling legal issues.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and drafting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Experience in Corporate Laws, including MSME, Arbitration, IBC, and related areas, is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
