Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and effective communication within the firm and with clients.
Eligibility
- Law and Legal Issues expertise.
- Analytical Skills.
- Communication Skills.
- Legal Document Preparation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in Corporate Law is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
