Juris Matrix Partners LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with 1-2 years post-qualification experience who are well versed in company law, securities laws, drafting commercial domestic and cross-border contracts, and arbitration.
- Additional Company Secretary background is preferred.
- Candidates would be required to represent clients in Courts and Tribunals.
