Kaden Boriss Legal is seeking a proactive and skilled Legal Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience with expertise in drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients and internal teams
• Collaborating with team members on various legal matters
