Details of the Job/Internship

KAnalysis is hiring an Associate – Corporate & Commercial Laws with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements, including License Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Merger Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and IP-related agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate and commercial disputes, foreign exchange regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist in strategic planning.
• Provide legal opinions on regulations such as Corporate Laws, Contract Laws, FDI policy, and Competition Law.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) and registered with the Bar Council.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, contract management, review, and negotiation.
• Solid understanding of Corporate Laws, commercial agreements, and foreign exchange regulations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
