Details of the Job/Internship
Kar & Associates is hiring two Legal Associates (one male and one female) for a full-time, on-site role at its Bhubaneswar office. The position involves assisting in case preparation, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing complex legal issues.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in case preparation and legal drafting.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Attend court proceedings and liaise with clients.
- Provide legal counsel as required.
- Collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Bar Council registration and eligibility to practice law in India.
- Proficiency in law and understanding of legal procedures and case law.
- Experience in legal document preparation and addressing various legal issues.
- Preferred experience in civil, criminal, or matrimonial law.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
