Karan Talwar & Associates is hiring an Associate with 0-2 years of experience to for its Tax & Commercial Litigation team in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Draft petitions, submissions, and legal documents.
- Appear before Telangana High Court, AP High Court, CESTAT, ITAT, and Commercial Courts.
- Assist in preparing articles and presentations.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B.).
- 0–2 years of experience; prior experience in tax or commercial litigation preferred.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
