Details of the Job/Internship

Karbon Business is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their Legal team in Bengaluru. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced fintech environment, providing comprehensive legal support across diverse corporate and regulatory matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
• Draft, review, and finalize agreements, policies, presentations, and regulatory communications.
• Assist in litigation support, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective legal strategies.

Eligibility

• B.A. LL.B degree from a reputed law school.
• 1–2 years of prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred.
• Freshers with strong, long-term internship experience may also apply.

Salary/Stipend
