Details of the Job/Internship
They are looking for a talented and motivated Legal Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Gurugram office. As an Associate, you will gain hands-on exposure to advisory, transactional, and dispute-resolution matters for clients in both India and the U.S.

Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and analysis across diverse areas of law.
- Drafting legal documents, contracts, and advisory opinions.
- Communicating with clients and assisting in case strategy discussions.
- Supporting senior attorneys in case management and litigation preparation.
- Working on cross-border legal matters and helping clients navigate U.S.-India trade and business challenges.
Eligibility
- 0–1 Year ONLY. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
- Familiarity with contracts, transactional work, company law, and/or intellectual property (IP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior internship or work experience with a corporate lawyer or corporate law firm is advantageous but not mandatory.
